1. Our Services

Telius Internet acts as a third-party intermediary and service facilitator. We provide the following assistance and administrative services:

• Connection Issue Resolution: We help diagnose and facilitate the resolution of technical problems with your existing internet, cable TV, or phone connections by liaising with your primary service provider.

• New Connection & Transfer Assistance: We guide and assist you through the process of applying for new telecommunication connections or transferring existing ones with various primary service providers in Canada.

• Consultation: We offer information and advice regarding telecommunication services in Canada.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

• Telius Internet is NOT a direct Internet Service Provider (ISP), cable company, or phone carrier. We do not provide, install, or maintain the actual internet, cable TV, or phone infrastructure or services.

• We do NOT directly bill you for your core internet, cable TV, or phone services. All service charges and billing remain the responsibility of your chosen primary service provider.

• We are NOT responsible for service interruptions, outages, pricing changes, or billing errors initiated by your primary telecommunications provider. Any such issues must be addressed directly with your specific internet, cable TV, or phone service provider.

2. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for us to assist you, including details about your service issues, account information with primary providers, and contact details. We are not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

• Authorization: By engaging our services to assist with your telecommunication issues or setups, you explicitly authorize Telius Internet to act on your behalf as your agent to communicate with the relevant primary internet, cable TV, or phone service providers.

• Cooperation: You agree to cooperate fully with Telius Internet representatives and, if necessary, with the technicians or customer service of your primary service provider to facilitate the resolution of your issues.

• Review and Verify: You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information provided by us or your primary service provider before making commitments or payments.

• Compliance with Primary Provider Terms: You must comply with the terms and conditions of your chosen primary internet, cable TV, or phone service provider.

• Lawful Use: You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Fees and Payments

• Service Fees: We charge fees for our administrative and facilitative services. These fees will be clearly displayed and agreed upon before we commence any paid service.

• No Utility Bill Processing: We do not process payments for your direct internet, cable TV, or phone bills. You are responsible for making all payments directly to your primary service provider.

• Third-Party Payment Processors: If any payment is made to Telius Internet (for our service fees), it will be processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

• Disputes over Primary Provider Bills: Any disputes regarding billing or charges from your primary internet, cable TV, or phone provider must be raised directly with that provider.

4. Google Ads Compliance & Third-Party Disclosure

• Transparency: When you interact with our Google Ads, we commit to being transparent about our role. Our ads and linked landing pages will clearly state that Telius Internet is a third-party service provider and not your direct telecommunications company.

• No Misleading Claims: We will not make false, misleading, or unrealistic claims regarding pricing, service guarantees, or affiliations with primary service providers. All claims will accurately reflect our role as a facilitative service.

• Link to Policies: All Google Ads landing pages will provide clear and easily accessible links to our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and these Terms and Conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Telius Internet or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• AS IS Basis: Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Telius Internet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our website or services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
